The way we live, eat, and grow can make a difference, because it affects all living things, and we all have a role to play in our ecological community. Ecology North is a good place for me to be part of that process.

Recently, I have been becoming more acquainted with the creepy crawlers and soil microbes of the backyard garden, and I like the idea that as a gardener, and as a consumer of good local food, that I am a part of that ecosystem.
